Have you ever heard of the famous historical author Edgar Allen Poe? We have the opportunity to see his stories performed live and I think this would an excellent field trip. His stories are well known and taught at many grades so this trip would be educational and we could pay for the tickets ourselves. This field trip would not only be a fun experience but also a learning experience. I chose Accelerated English this year and so I will not have as much literature as other students. This trip is a perfect way to increase our exposure to literature and would give us an opportunity to write a compare and contrast essay about our experience.
