The project’s objective is to re-build the trust of current and prospective Chipote’s customers in the company’s products. Enhancing their confidence would give a company a chance to re-build its reputation among the competitors and eventually grow into the new markets. In order to accomplish that the PM team will do a feasibility study to understand the current customers views about the company. Since it is practically impossible to perform this study nationwide, PM team will limit it to three states where we think we would receive the most feedback (We can brainstorm which states we want to see in our study). The study will include surveys and questionnaires related to the importance of food suppliers (organic/local or commercial/nationwide),
