Genogram
I realized before designing the genogram that my father family suffer from diabetes. I was obvious that all of them had diabetes. Thus, I had concerns about that and I talked with my family doctor two years ago about blood sugar test to make sure that I do not have diabetes like the rest of my family. The test was normal range. I do not know anything about my siblings because I did not ask them if they run blood sugar before or not. On the other hand, my mother family had a breast cancer. my mother and two sister had a breast. They had a surgery and removed the breast. Then, one of them had chemo, but the other two had only radiation therapy. I also do not
