The 1920’s was a time of rebirth and excitement, A time where people were given the opportunity to make themselves known and famous. As people became more famous the more they traveled and the more people they met and the more impact they became for people and other celebrities. F.Scott Fitzgerald uses historical figures as the inspiration for the characters Meyer Wolfsheim, Jordan Baker, Owl Eyes, and Jay Gatsby.

While Daisy stayed with the traditional values that they both grew up with, Jordan became more of a flapper.
