Oxfam made £79.6 million from just sales of their good and donated goods from the public. Customer are one of the main factors for Oxfam’s success as their customer’s/donators interest is to help out with the aim and objective that Oxfam has, and the only way for Oxfam to do so is with the help of them. Volunteers work for Oxfam as they believe in Oxfam and they have a good will of helping others with all they can offer.
