Decent Essays
I feel like you shouldn’t be self reliant. You should seek help if you need it. You don’t want to make the wrong decision and be stuck with what you have done. Everyone needs help with decisions every now and then.

In this day and age it’s getting easier to check and see if you should make the decision you want to make. You should at least try for your sake to seek help on an important matter. Even our nation is not self reliant showing is not wrong to ask for help. If you have a problem you can not solve yourself you should seek help.

There is plenty of decisions that are hard to make in life and you should try to seek someone out who has made a decision on the problem you are having and ask them for some advice. Like if you were deciding on whether or not to go to college you can ask someone who went to college or a guidance counselor to to tell you if college would be good for you. You cant really hope to achieve anything if you did not ask for help. There is always a possibility of you might make the wrong decision so you should try and ask an expert before making your choice.

In conclusion it’s better to ask for help than to make a decision you’re not sure about. You could make much better decisions if you would at least check with someone else first. There is no negatives for just asking for help. There is much more reasons to ask for help than just relying on just your own

Personally, I do highly believe that Adolescents have the right to make autonomous medical choices but this is a highly argumentative subject. I feel as if my parents shouldn’t have to confirm everything about me, for I am my own person by 15 even though they still look at me as their “baby-girl”. Lets face it by 15 i’m not so much of a baby anymore, i’m not completely grown yet but i’m far enough away from the baby stage and am perfectly capable to make my own decisions by now. Parents have the right to make choices for us as children but I don’t feel it’s necessary by the time we hit the “Adolescent” stage in life because by then we have the right mind and knowledge about things to make our own decisions.…

Each person has someone to help them make choices, whether it be a personal advisor, a partner, a whole community, they are there to assist, but usually, people like to…
