There have been many discussions about driving under the age of 21. The numbers of accidents of teenagers are continuing to rise, the highest death estimated for drivers is at an age of 16 to 18, if the driving age in increased that will decrease the number of accidents; it can be caused by shortage of experiences, not focusing on the road and using mobile phones while driving. There are countries that allow teenagers to drive at the age of 16, but teens in other countries can only drive at the age of eighteen.
