Explain Why It Is Important To Create A Culture

It is important to create a culture where each team member knows each other’s values. In the organisation I work in, we have a “One Page Profile” which all staff complete. It includes the following sections:
- What people appreciate about me…
- What is important to me…
- How to support me at work…
Staff can complete these which allows everyone to know how they like to be supported, communicated with or their values. This way, these views are already set out, in theory, the team knows how to work & communicate with each other.
If conflict does arise, it can cause team members to become apprehensive about their place in the service & value to the service & organisation. The manager should be seen as the stabilising factor, & they will be
