Involuntary is when someone is being asked to do something they are uncomfortable with due to blackmail. Ultimately this could harm someone they care about. An involuntary action suggests no consideration, no impulse or no desire to the action, but feel pain and regret.
Non-voluntary is doing things out of ignorance. However, Aristotle provides six kinds of ignorance. These include who is the person, what is being done, what is being disturbed, what the device is being used, what the repercussion of the action and what the manner. Because of the ignorance factor there is no regret.
