Explain What Do You Think Is Necessary To Uphold A Civilization

What do you think is necessary to uphold civilization? Do you have the necessities and essentials needed to create and keep a civilization? There are many qualities necessary to uphold a civilization. Without the certain qualities or necessities the civilization can either die out, never truly be created/upheld, or just can`t be called a civilization. You have to have people, shelter, food and water to uphold a civilization. You need people to begin a civilization for many reasons. You need many things from other people that you cannot always give yourself. If you have more than two people you can reproduce to keep the civilization growing; there needs to be more than one man and more than one woman. Not all people can reproduce which is why you need more than two people. A civilization is a large group of people who can support their own group with love, food, shelter, and even water. If you do not know how to hunt and kill or refuse to do so, you need someone else or others to be able to kill for you. For examples babies cannot hunt so they need their parents to provide them with food and water. Food and water keep you from starving and keeps you hydrated. Without either of these you will eventually die sooner from the hunger killing you inside your body. In the novel the boys end up going a little crazy without food because in the beginning they don’t really know how to hunt and kill. Eventually they suggest killing eating Piggy because “nobody likes him”. They eventually are able to kill a pig and have food to kill their hunger after going so long without proper food. In the beginning they forgot to keep refilling the coconut shell with water so they ended up drinking from the water on the beach. The water on the beach is salt water so it will eventually kill them. They need non-salt water in order to keep hydrated
