In exploring the new career trends in the textbook understanding soft and hard skills. Soft skills are skills that you do not necessary have to go to collage to know such as a hard worker dependable and trustworthy. Hard skills are skills that you may need some training or schooling to know the expertise to get the job done such as building reports or identifying the problem. Three unexpected soft skills careers are sales associates, restraunt servers, and factory work three unexpected hard skills careers are teachers, nurse /doctors, and realtor.
