Four Letter Type (Step 1)
Extraversion
The letter “E” found in my type and temperament stands for extraversion. This means that I gather my energy by being around people. I am the ESFJ of the group, also known as the “Host and Hostesses of the World”. I truly enjoy being in charge, I see problems clearly and work hard, but not without having fun and enjoying my job. My qualities make me 'hyper-vigilant ' which must be a good thing because according to Human Metrics (2015) ESFJ’s, “serve excellently as protectors, outstanding in fields such as medical care and elementary education” (p. 1). I do not do well with breakups because I always feel like there could have been something I should have done to prevent it, and therefore I tend to take the blame for the failure. For the most part at work I am a people pleaser, natural of an ESFJ, as stated in personality page.com (2015), we “are extremely good at reading others, and often change their own manner to be more
