• Communication Skills o In order to be successful in the work place, students with disabilities will need to be able to effectively communicate in any job atmosphere whether that be verbal or written communication. Depending on the demands of their job, their communication skills may include writing report or memos, filling out forms, speaking and listening to coworkers and/or customers, presenting or demonstrating ideas, reading and following directions and polices, and knowing how and when to ask for help or more explanation.
