The goal of the meeting was to address recent events social workers have experiences in the field such as client’s deaths and provide support for all of the staff.

C. Analysis
1. Describe the decision making process of the group.
The group was open to share personal experiences and disclose what made them uncomfortable such as having to tell a child their mother died from suicide. The group appeared to understand the safely concerns being addressed and will continue to take safety precautions.

The program manger was approachable and supportive. When discussing the previous case in which a social workers family was threatened by a client he was able to maintain her identity confidential. Even though the information being address was serious and concerning the meeting was casual and comfortable environment.
