In addition, operations team which are for receiving, picking and shipping products, technical team that is for managing the website design, backup data, managing the network, and the database of the website. Moreover, media teams that to manage the shop accounts in the social media application, also developing for some advertising and conferences that may benefit the business.

Strengths: high in service and quality and their business expanding more widely, and providing various kind of rare designs. Weaknesses: their products and ideas exactly like another flower shop which provide the same flower, quality and design with high price and both are in same location.
Exotica Flower Shop
Strengths: concentrates on providing flowers at reasonable prices. Weaknesses: the location in a commercial area where few people live, and it is possible to impact on trade and economic growth of the shop.

Technical team that is for managing the website design, solving the technical problems, managing the network or used software, it must be periodically check to avoid the technical problems in the company or website. Moreover, media teams that to manage the shop accounts in the social media application, also developing for some advertising and conferences that may benefit the business, it can be advertise for the new products weekly or monthly, to attack people attention with the new products. Finally, finance team that maintain the financial data which related to the company, also preparing financial reports statements, and this team must work daily to check all the statements and the financial process.
The needed skills in our business is to be able to deal with fresh flowers, and there must be some training courses about flowers kinds, how to take care of them, art and arraignment. Moreover, engaging the new staff to learn new things, and improve their skills and training them are important point in the business, because it will give them an opportunity to learn and gain new experience in flowers
