Exercising and being outside come with many benefits, and can be even better when put together. Unfortunately, it is a big issue nowadays that people don’t get enough exercise or time outside. Hopefully, that will change thanks to my idea. Exercise is important for a good reason, it comes with many health benefits. By getting enough daily exercise, you can improve your physical wellbeing. Exercise can strengthen the heart and muscles as well as improve one’s mental health. It can increase energy and reduce fatigue (Healthline). It is also an effective method of weight loss.
