Executive Summary: The Day Coordinator

The Day Coordinator, offers immediate supervision, the volunteers are trained in their specific duties, and also the guidelines are available for them to review. The experienced volunteers give assistance and answer questions when necessary. Ms. Humphries, is available for the volunteers and staff. In the event the volunteer needs extra attention, the Executive Director makes himself available for questions and concerns. Volunteers are rarely, dismissed by Ms. Humphries, she says “that is not in her pay scale”, she will attempt to re-train or re-assign before terminating the volunteer’s project.
