The Industrial Revolution occurred from 1750-1900. During the Industrial Revolution many inventions helped the world go from an agricultural society to an industrial society. The inventions helped people perform certain tasks more efficiently and rely less on human labor. The steam engine, spinning jenny and the cotton gin are examples of inventions during this time.
