4.1 a Diversity - diversity in the workplace is a group of employees with different cultural, linguistic, religious, ethnicity and races, but they respect and accept each other despite these difference. Equality – despite the difference in races, culture, religion or job position, employees have the same equal rights, and equal opportunities regardless of their color, ethnicity, gender, and beliefs. Inclusion – even as a laundry assistant, all of the employees are expected to work and make a good decision that in every activity we must consider engaging with the elderly people with dementia and related difficulties if needed. We are not exempted to care for them, but we must help them in our little ways such as observing cleanliness and orderliness of their clothing, rooms, and other areas they visit to make them comfortable in the clothes they wear and in the clean places they visit. Discrimination – it is expected that we do not treat other people differently or favorably according to race, gender, age and other factors. For instance, let us not treat the African and Asian as second class citizens to prioritize the white in services and care. Instead, let us treat them fairly according to their basic needs.
