Often times people in our society go through extreme changes to their personal behaviors in order to have a better fit in a group. They often change their looks, feelings beliefs, or actions which causes them to dispose their individuality. Conformists are people who follow accepted behaviors or established practices, so they will fit in. On the other hand, non-conformists do not follow social norms. No, it is not a good idea for people to be conformists, that way conformity would not change people’s individuality and personal ways.
