Mean = 7.02. After analyzing the scores of my population, I found that the mean average was 7.02 out of 10. This implies that the average student earned a “C” or 70% in the quiz. If I remove the outlier that consists of 0 out of 10 I believe that the average score would increase to a more meaningful average score.
Median = 7. The median depicts how the center of all scores achieved was a “C”. The median may be a score or average of two, that is the farthest away from the highest and lowest score obtained.

On average the top 28% obtained on average of 9.1/10 on the quiz while the lowest 28% scored a 4.7/10 on the quiz. This dramatic difference is unacceptable to me and it demonstrates an area in which I can try to improve. By identifying student performances and working on gaps between students I hope to minimize this value in the future.
Reliability coefficient = If the item difficulty was low and the mean, median, and mode were significantly different, it would demonstrate that the evaluation tool was not effective in analyzing the performance of students. In the case of my quiz, I believe that obtaining a .59 is reasonable. Nevertheless, I plan to review the quizzes I administer and strive to minimize the level of scores that might be in error.
Standard error of measurement (SEM) = 1.307. If the deviation of errors of measurement associated with the test scores are high, the accuracy of the scores will be low due to measurement errors. Given a mean score of 7.02, I believe with a 68% of certainty that the true score is between 5.72 and 8.32. If the certainty increases to 95% or 99%, I expect the true score to be near 4.42 and 9.62 or 3.12 and 10,
