A takedown was used on plaintiff. Arresting Officer was PO Marcus Colon (tax # 943097). A CCRB complaint was filed (CCRB # 201101229). Plaintiff stated in the complaint that he was attacked from behind by defendant PO Colon, Pabon, and Ruiz. Allegation of physical force against PO Pabon was exonerated. The complaint was exonerated.
