Animal Farm by George Orwell is a book where animals are often being compared to humans. Almost all of the animals are based off of a Russian historical figure. For instance, Benjamin represents George Orwell or other people who knew better, but more apathetic. Benjamin and I share a lot of similar traits. An example is how he and I are both sarcastic. In addition, we are both stubborn. Finally, he and I are both quiet. These are some of the traits Benjamin and I both possess.
Benjamin is an extremely sarcastic animal for numerous reasons. Benjamin is known for making several cynical remarks that come out sarcastic. For example, “He seldom talked and when he did, it was usually to make some cynical remark-for instance, he would say that God had given him a tail to keep the flies off, but that he would sooner have no tail and no flies” (5). An example is frequently when I am having in conversations with people I typically do not have enormous amount to add. A precise example is when my mom had her friend’s family come over to our house they were talking an insane amount, and my family did not have plenty to add, especially me. This is significant since this is an enormous part of both my and Benjamin’s personality. Without Benjamin being introverted, how would the animals have known how serious it was when Boxer collapsed or when Boxer was taken to the slaughter.

Today it still allows people to understand their reality and how they can alter themselves, or that there is someone out similar to you or at least someone George Orwell would consider is conceivable.
