I believe that nursing is a profession of providing holistic care. In my view, holistic care encompasses mind-body-spirit interaction with all patients. Academically, I have been trained to provide this type of care. During my personal life, and before I every decided to pursue a career in nursing, I’ve always reached out to those that are most vulnerable. With my personal belief and Christian academic background, I’m now able to provide holistic care backed by a professional training alongside strong personal belief in the power of mind, body and soul as all are integrated aspect of the healing process of our patient’s.
