On Wednesday, April 12, 2017, I, Officer McDaniel #147, while at James Coble Middle School, located at 1200 Ballweg Rd, Arlington, TX, I was approached by Assistant Principal Vetere, Stephanie, W/F, DOB 03/04/1960, in reference to an assault that occurred in the hall way, during passing period.
AP Vetere stated that Underwood, Jaylain, B/M, DOB 06/01/2003, had intentionally tripped another student named Antoine, Kyla, B/F, DOB 03/09/2004, causing her to hit the ground face first. Underwood then kicked proceeded to kick Antoine while she was on the ground. AP Vetere advised that Antoine's parents are very upset with the offense and wishes to prosecute.
