Introduction
There are two transportation methods of the approaches to the mars. The two methods are the SEP-Chem and the Hybrid method. In the SEP-Chem architecture, the system destination and the propellant return or the stages are pre-deployed proceedings to the troop leaving by the spacecraft of the cargo and it is a solar electric. While in the Hybrid approach, the systems of the destinations are also installed before the troop leave via the SEP, but the spacecraft that is crewed syndicates the SEP relatively with the chemicals engines that are small. The propulsion of the chemicals is applied at the vital points to minimize the time of the trip during the mission as well as the levels of the power that may be resulting from the approach of all SEP.
The approach of the SEP-Chem have its own unique challenges that include; the …show more content…
These competences are characterized into the three major parts; the destination systems (productivity), habitation (crew health) and the transportation. The launch vehicles that are effective and efficient are needed to transport the cargo and the crew to the space of the cis-lunar. These enabling capabilities will be provided by the Orion and the SLS spacecraft to move out into the systems of the solar.
A challenge that is major in the human mission conduction to the mars will be confidence level development in the transit habitat of the mars with the vehicle of the photo flight that the NASA will be allowed in committing the astronauts sending on the three years round trip in the approximation. The critical system will be required to achieve this level of the confidence which is similar to the Mars habitat transit manifestations that are tested under long duration and the space evaluation with the use of the active
