The Health administrators and managers are an important component of both public health and the healthcare systems. Without them public health goals wouldn't be accomplished.1 There are responsible for planning organizing, staffing, directing, coordination, reporting and budgeting. Middle managers' responsibility in healthcare organizations have increased as teamwork designs have become popular.2 They help bridge the gap between the team and the administrators. They also oversee the implementation of these innovations developed by clinicians the administrators.2 Unfortunately, the middle managers are often over looked in the health care systems.2 The works are responsible for fulling their assignments and roles assigned by the manager such as population education and analyzing a specific health risk and developing ways to decrease prevalence.
