Evidence Against David Doe

The evidence against David Doe is all circumstantial because there no body. David Doe was the last person to see the victim Jane Doe before her disappearance. David and Jane Doe had a stormy marital relationship and Jane told her son that she was going to leave her husband David. David falsely stated that Jane car broke down in town but Jane’s car location near Scioto River in Portsmouth Ohio. At the location of the car there was a second vehicle tire tracks were present. David’s father Carl Doe admitted to following David in Jane’s car in his pickup truck.
When examining Jane’s car, discovered that the trunk was wet and clean. Jane’s blood type was found in the car and a piece of robe was found in the hinge of the trunk that David said Jane
