V. Understand People Core Beliefs In order to change and understand one’s beliefs, one should develop a strong faith and should have peace with both their environment and the body. The environment will always attack and attract us with negative vibes because of other people that will turn to hatred that causes stress but one way to counter this is to get in touch with the power of nature and be at peace with it. This will help calm the mind which will give room for people to make decisions wisely and not impulsive ones done out of stress.
