One is from the State of Michigan, the only state that doesn’t allow discrimination against weight, where a waitress for Hooter’s successfully sued after she was placed on probation for gaining weight. The next case from New Jersey, has multiple waitresses lose a lawsuit against their employer after being fired for gaining weight.
