Variation is theory of evolution and how DNA changes in every generation. Variation falls into three categories which are mutations, recombination and migration. The purpose of this theory is to expect the variant with the highest rate of production to take over the world and leave all of the rest out. In other words, scientists and doctors would be able to choose what kind of genes are best to make humans smarter and they would only use those leaving out any other genes that might carry diseases or that affect the reproduction of the human being in some way.
