Adults should not have had the right to carry a concealed handgun due to several circumstances. One solid statistic is that it is there are estimates that there are about thirteen million people licensed to carry a concealed gun in the United States exceeding twelve times the number of police officers and detectives in America, thus increasing the crime rate.
