I saythat theyshould have less or really not less just the same they are allowed already because, we as people have the right to some kind of privacy to a certain extinct. The Fourth Amendment states that, "the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. The Fourth Amendment also protects the people from unreasonable searches and seizures. So to my understanding everything else that an officer must do will be ok as long as it follows the requirements. You do have some officers that just want to pick with people. I mean for example, your riding around late at night about 12am going to go get a bite to eat with a significant other. An officer suddenly gets behind you, and you pull over, and he/she says you seem to swerve back there on Edge Road. You move forward to say, "well I didn't notice me making a swerve move." So the officer states, "Get out both of you I would like to search your car." Now that would seem weird, and no one should have to deal with officers that just want to pick or find something to do jsut to pull someone over for nothing. I have definitely been a withness of this. I was going down
