Every time I am going through tough times in life or days where I just want to give up on school, or problems that I am facing I turn to my faith and pray to get help or strength to continue and find solutions to my problems.

I have two flags that are incorporated into my Frida Kahlo dress one is the American flag and the other the Mexican flag this two represent me in a series of different ways. I was born in Mexico in a small town of Michoacan Mexico, and I migrated to the United States at the age of 9 years old. The united Stated has giving me a lot of different opportunities to further myself and my education and my life in general this is why I chose to represent this two flags they are a big thing in my life that remind me of how fortunate I am to be able to be part of two countries that mean a lot to me.

I chose an apple is another symbol that represents me in a big way, it represents the career path that I will have in about a year or so. It represents my life as a teacher and all the positive achievements that I hope to inculcate on my future
