Most of the master data information in the healthcare industry is related to patients and company staff that provide service and interact directly with the patients. The usernames of the staff is linked via their interactions with the patients during the period that patients use the health providers’ service. The registration date and time must be logged with a staff registers a patient’s first visit for a case. The address and name are used in the billing process, communication, and the birthdate and other personal information are used to verify the insurance status of the patient.
