With a steaming cup of coffee in one hand and a datapad in the other, Captain Thomas Lasky walked onto the bridge of his ship, Infinity. There were two Marines guarding the bridge doors and as Lasky approached, they saluted and Lasky nodded at them as the bridge doors gracefully slid open upon his arrival. As he stepped past the threshold, the familiar sounds of Infinity’s command and control centers slowly eased its way into his ears. The sounds of the holographic keyboard being typed on, the crisp crackle of the comm channels, and quiet conversations were all around him on the bridge. "As you were." He settled down into his chair and took a quick sip of his drink, which was sweet. He then gently puts the cup down on his armrest, and began to gaze through his datapad for messages that were new and important. Seeing that there were none, Lasky tapped in some commands and quickly brought up one of his favorite Weekly Games: the Weekly War Games results between the very well known teams that were Spartan-IVs. Lasky saw that there had been a small but also a big improvement in the way the teams worked together during training. These teams were unbeatable and the best of the best. Scrolling through the data, Lasky raised an amused eyebrow at seeing the news that Crimson Team and the well known Fireteam Majestic, the two top ranked teams of Spartan IVs. They had fought each other until they reached a draw for first place.
