Did you know that the concentration camp in Gras-Rosen, Poland killed about 40,000 Jews? The concentration camp in Gross-Rosen, Poland was one of the famous concentration camps that Jews were sent to. Concentration Camps were meant for criminals and the Jews ,but mostly for the Jewish. Hitler constructed the concentration camps because he simply just didn’t like the Jewish people. Concentration camps would properly be the worst thing that happened during World War II. Hitler started concentration camps and got caught. Before he got caught, he had killed thousands of Jews in the killing centers. The concentration camps were built by the Nazi’s and Hitler specifically to get rid of the Jewish people. The first concentration camp was in Dachau in March, 1933. The prisoners would work in the kitchen, infirmaries, factory works, minary, and construction. You wouldn’t want to be a Jew during the World War II. A SS physician or Nazi looked at each person and decided whether he or she were healthy and strong. An SS officer pointed left or right for the victims to go.
