Opening with the Greek Era approximately between 800 B.C and 500 B.C philosophers were the first to try and figure out why people did what they did. One of the most famous philosophers at the time was Aristotle, he was more interested in what made people normal. He believed that if one had an educated mind, a healthy body, and a healthy spirit then they were considered normal. With that belief all three factors were to be equally balanced. To have a healthy spirit one should have appreciation for art and music, simply being around and seeing beautiful buildings and sculptures could feed the spirit. To enhance ones body would be to be physically active and to take good care of the body. Finally to have a healthy state of mind one should be intellectually educated.
