According to the Jung Typology Test, I have the personality type "INTJ". This indicates that I am mostly an introverted, thinking, and judging personality. I have a "moderate preference of introversion over extraversion" (humanmetrics.com) according to the test. I am shy and reserved around most people, and I often find a lot of group interaction stressful.…

ISFJ personalities are known as the nurturers, and SJ temperament types are known as the guardians (Personality Page, (2015). After taking the TypeFocus Personality test, the system computed me as having the ESTJ personality type. I am not alone with this personality type, as approximately 8.7% of the American population share this classification. Out of the 16 personality types surveyed, ESTJ is one of the most prevalent personality types, when compared to the 16 other personality types included in the survey. ESTJ’s are very logical thinkers and their contributions to society are great in number. In this reflection I will explain the values and meaning behind this personality type and what it means to me.…
Jung Typology and DISC Assessment Prior to my enrollment in this course, I had already taken several personality assessments, including the Jung Typology test. I retook the Jung test for this course, and my four-letter personality has remained the same. However, prior to this course, I had not heard of the DISC assessment. After completing both assessments and reviewing my results, I found that both tests profiled many of my personality traits similarly; on the other hand, there were significant discrepancies in my results from the two exams.…
My results from the 16 personalities quiz were the commander code ENTJ-T with a role of analyst and social engagement strategy. This self-assessment was spot on it was a tad scary; Extraverted I enjoy social interaction and being in slightly intimidating situations. Intuitive seeing as I love to learn about other people's perspective on things because my ideas aren’t necessarily the only or best ones out there. I enjoy creating hypothetical situations and sometimes just wonder... Thinking, the majority of the time I think more with my mind instead of my heart because sometimes that’s just a lot more practical and most times has better outcomes (in my opinion).…
Personality Profile Paper According to mbtitoday.org (2015), Carl Jung identified eight patterns for how individuals carry out mental activities, which are referred to as function-attitudes. My personality type according to the Jung personality quiz is INTP. I mostly agree with the description of INTPs except for the part that states INTPs prefer word games and strategy games. I find such structured games to be boring, and I’m not good at them, I prefer games that have a story-telling element. I also like card games that require speed and pattern recognition, like peanuts and Egyptian war. I am very logic oriented, which is common for INTPs.…

If you would have asked me what my personality and style of leadership was before taking the DISC and Jung Typology personality assessments I would have said that I am a person who isn’t afraid to take charge when needed and I also like to help people with whatever problems they have. Nothing brings me more joy than knowing that I was able to change someone’s life for the better. Now that I have participated in the assessments I know that my leadership style is one that follows my personality results which were ESFJ (Extraverted Sensing Feeling Judging) with a strong I from the DISC assessment. With this new information I was able to learn more about myself.…
