It is important for Christians to consider the cause of the issue and think about how best to solve them using our Christian worldviews and the teachings they have received from our Lord and Savior. This paper will give a brief background about Entergy’s Fleet department while elaborating on the issues that are plaguing the department.

Christians understand that facing difficult issues in the workplace will occur, but that our Lord has a plan for us. It is important to remember to follow our faith in our Lord and the plans he has in place for us. No matter how difficult our struggles maybe we should always understand that as Christians we must embrace these difficult times and find ways to improve and change them for the better. We must have faith at Entergy that the Lord will help guide us and make necessary changes to our structure to improve employee’s satisfaction and well-being.
Conclusion
Entergy may have several structural issues that need to be addressed in order to improve employee and customer satisfaction. It is important to examine these issues and determine what the underlining cause is so that it can be repaired. It is important as Christians to have faith in our Lord and remember that he will guide us and help us in understanding how to improve our leadership skills. By acknowledging that there is a problem we are able to begin our journey in discovering how to improve the structural issues within the fleet
