A lesson plan evaluation was conducted on the 7th Jan, 16 on Squadron 11 for Enlisted Evaluation System (EES) (1230-1300). The instructor did not use the lesson plan; however, the provided slides were followed. Some of the cadets appeared to be engaged, while others appeared to be distant. The lights were dimmed around the third slide; therefore, some cadets were lost during the presentation and appeared to be sleeping.
The instructor started off with an introduction that led to the importance of the EES and how as future officers they play an important role in the development of the enlisted members.
