Recently, I completed a test-out for enema administration. During my first attempt at this test-out, I failed to administer the correct amount of water due to not properly utilizing open lab time. Following my failed attempt I increased my study time both at home and in the lab. Unfortunately during my second attempt I failed to mention that the water temperature should rage between 105 and 110 degrees related to my anxiety. As I prepare for my third attempt at passing the enema administration I have implemented three new preparation techniques to help me prepare and reduce my personal anxiety during test-outs.
