The three qualities that make up a successful leader is persistence, questioning and problem posing, and metacognition. Commander Stooks, I have come to the decision that Ender Wiggin, Candidate number 47891, is the best person to help save the world’s survival. He uses persistence to never give up and works hard to finish any task he is handed. Then he uses questioning, but sometimes he uses this too much. This is okay because it is better to have him question then not to question at all. Then finally he uses metacognition to play out any task in detail to work more efficiently. All these qualities make Ender the best person for the job and will make him succeed in doing it. By this decision, Ender should be directly sent to the main building to begin his training. Thank you for your time Commander Stooks, I hope this evaluation helps the future of this world maintain

Ender Wiggin: The Innocent Weapon In Ender’s Game, by Orson Scott Card, Ender is a very controversial character. Many people believe that he is a killer with a violent spirit, and that he meant to commit genocide, while I disagree. I believe that Ender has an innocent spirit, a friendly conscience, and was repeatedly used as a weapon. He was provoked when fighting Stilson and Bonzo, was constantly controlled by the adults, and did not have the intent of genocide on the buggers.…
