The Church will then allow for the married couple to have sexual activity only during the infertile times which will control births in a non-offensive way. Artificial methods that are used to prevent conception are frowned upon by the Church. Their claim is that many young people will take advantage of this artificial method to fall into temptation of sexual activity. Married couples who use an artificial method to prevent conception cause their marriage harm because the husband might begin to disregard his wife and view her as way of fulfilling his own desires instead of viewing her as his partner whom he should love and care. Using these artificial methods could also cause marriage infidelity and reduce moral standards. In addition, man should not try to control or have power over their procreation. The Church does know that many people will be against it and contradict it. Yet, the Church continues to follow through with her duty to tell the moral law. The Church stands for the dignity of husband and wife, and remains loyal to the Savior’s example. She does welcome sinners but must continue to proclaim the divine law. They will become apostles to other married couples by their witnessing of their marriage wisdom. For doctors and nurses, the Church wants them to be a profession that married couples can go to for advice and counsel. For priests, they should be a guide to married couples who can teach them the right ways to live out the Church’s teaching on marriage. Priests should be counselors and spiritual leaders to individuals and families. The Church should teach married couples the right way to pray and to focus more often on the Eucharist and Penance. The bishops should help guard the holiness of marriage, which will lead it into the full human and Christian perfection. If these aspects are put into place then the intimate lives of parents and children will become more tolerable, easier, and joyful. The only way to attain true happiness is to follow these laws of God, which should wisely and lovingly be maintained by all, especially with married
