It is hard for people to avoid certain emotions. For example, teachers and childcare providers have to show emotions, but some should keep to themselves. Emotions they should show every day are happy, surprise, sad and mad. Teachers and childcare providers must be careful not to yell or walk away or hurt the child. What teachers and childcare providers should do before they talk to the child is stop, take a deep breath, and relax. They will also need to get down to the child’s level and make eye contact, then say what happened calmly to the child. Also, tell the child how you felt about it. Also, say what the child could have done instead or ask first. The teacher also have to think about the parents as well. What will they say to the parents about their child’s day? How will the parents feel about it? What will happen when they tell the parents about a certain situation? Everything I talked about is what teachers and providers need to think about daily before they do anything.

For example, people will ask for simple things like pencils, pens, color pencils, where is the computers, where are the book I am trying to find and last but certainly not the last is where the bathroom is. It happens to be a lot during the day. The other day I saw someone ask about why the printer is not printing what she wants it to do. She also asked how many pages it is going to print. I saw the library person sigh and say it has thirty- eight pages like I said before. She then asked if she had enough prints left and the library person said to go and see how much there is left. It also could be that it needs to be on word document. I think what the library person did was right to do because she did not yell or get mad about it. I was surprised because it would have bugged me. I think she has worked a lot at being a
