When we add different types of dye samples to the agarose gel electrophoresis, we will observe their rate and direction as the agarose gel is separating the mixture of dyes into their individual components. They will differ in structure, chemical composition, and amount of energy carried by each. Since dye F has a positive charge, and the other dyes A-E are negatively charged with a neutral pH, then we will be able to observe the molecules move to the opposite side on dye
