Many people do not have cramps constantly but if you do they hurt more than a lot. Cramping, is the body’s basic way of saying you need electrolytes. Consistent replenishment of electrolytes is just as important as the need of water. There are many good forms of electrolytes, some are calcium. Calcium is the most abundant source of electrolyte ions in your whole body. Also as you all know Gatorade, Gatorade has electrolytes in it which run like water and your body will soak them up which is why it helps you with electrolytes.
