Elantra Vs Camry

Deciding between an Elantra or a Camry Three years ago, my old pickup truck sustained major problems. The truck wasn’t going to survive much longer, so I decided to shop around for a new car. The Hyundai Elantra and the Toyota Camry were the two cars that I liked the most; therefore, I researched both cars to see which car was the best choice. During my research, I found that the Elantra and the Camry listed around the same price; however the Elantra listed a little cheaper. The Elantra has a more generous basic warranty than that of the Camry. Even though, the Elantra’s gas tank is smaller than the Camrys it gets better miles per gallon. Both vehicles are able to fit the same amount of passengers. Except the Camry

Do you ever wonder why things turn out the way they do: why the colors of the leaves change when the season turns from summer to fall, or why someone can be treated so awfully, yet still continue to love that person with all their heart ? “The sense of wonder speaks of our hunger to be moved, to be engaged and impassioned with the world and take pleasure in it, attuned to it and fascinated by it” (7 Ways to Spark Your Sense of Wonder). It is Ted Kooser, an American poet and a Pulitzer Prize winner that we have to thank for the creation of Local Wonders. Local Wonders consists of collections of Ted Kooser’s lifespan memories.…

Ford and Chevrolet are arguably the top two American car companies in the world. I think that Ford Mustangs are a whole lot better than Chevy Camaros because my whole family drives Fords. I grew up with my dad having a Ford F250, and my mom drove a Ford Escape. Even my grandma and grandpas drive Fords and that’s why I got a Ford Mustang for my first car. Mustangs and Camaros have many differences between them that set them apart, like Mustangs have a faster 0-60 time, and better braking.…

Consumerism. The drive which makes us feel like we need everything, no matter what the eventual costs and problems would create. “Swollen Expectations,” an article that looks into the effects of consumerism and different ways it has changed our lives, claims that our generation sets higher material expectations than any other generation. Some will argue that this isn’t the case, and that our world is changing for the better. However, I would disagree with those arguments.…

When it comes to Global warming, being a vegetarian should be turned to as a first resort rather than going more toward the Prius, a car that has been made to cut vehicle emissions in half in an attempt to fight against global warming. Kathy Freston’s article “Vegetarian is the new Prius” caught my eye immediately when choosing an essay for the very fact that, I want Toyota Prius, and also because I’ve tried going vegetarian. Although I see nothing wrong with being a vegetarian, the lifestyle just didn’t work for me. I do to a certain extent agree with her argument because ever since I took ecology in high school, the environment has been very important to me, and I do what I can to help preserve it. Freston wrote that President Herbert Hoover promised a chicken in every pot and a car in every garage”.…

Meanwhile, poor Sarah was home worrying about me, and the weather, which appeared particularly nasty. Texas is where we learned the phrase “tornado watch.” In fact, when we left Texas to finish flight school in Fort Rucker, Alabama she said she would never live in Texas again. At the time, I was too worried about dying in a helicopter crash or failing the next phase and “washing out” to give her the attention she deserved. We were newlyweds, and she forgave me-…

When you are planning to buy a compact car it can be very difficult to choose. This is why it is important to know your information before making a big decision like buying a phone. But so far buying a car isn't something people really talk about and when it does come up there's no detail on how it is purchased. I have acknowledged that some compact cars, especially when used can have better mileage than another, and can also take more mileage without any problems for example a Dodge Charger can be used, but also perfectly work fine as long as i've done the research and know what I am looking for. One of the two cars that I am currently interested in is the Dodge Charger and the Dodge Challenger.…
