El Salvador The country that this article will be talking about is called El Salvador. It says this country would be fun to learn about the culture and history of El Salvador. The location of El Salvador is Central America, bordering the North Pacific Ocean,, between Guatemala. The main idea of El Salvador is to learn about the geography,economy, government, climate, culture, and interesting facts.
It will be talking about how El Salvador has so many facts about geography. El Salvador has three main regions, they are from north to south. It goes to the Coastal Lowlands, the Central Region, and the Interior Highlands. There are volcanoes that are located in the Central Highlands of El Salvador. El Salvador’s only important river is the Lempa, which rises in Guatemala. El Salvador owns several small islands offshore in the Gulf, and its waters share with Honduras and Nicaragua. The country of Salvador has a tropical climate zone, which experiences hot and humid weather. The rainy season, also known as an invierno, or winter. It lasts from May through October. It rains showers of rainfall during the rainy season every day of that season. The yearly rainfall ranges from 85 inches along the coast to less than 60 inches in the northwest. This is concluding the paragraph for the climate zone and the average of rainfall. In this paragraph, it will be talking about the government and how it works in Salvador. The country El Salvador is a democratic republic with executive. El Salvador’s government is divided into 14 administrative departments which are subdivided into municipios. Each department has a governor appointed by the president. A council governs each municipio. Every person in El Salvador elects their council members to three terms.
