-METICULOUS CUSTODIAN. As EKMS Clerk, he performed three COMSEC inventories, three audits on COMSEC material, drafted and managed 19 Local Element Memorandum of Agreements, created a tracking method for 32 Local Element EKMS binders, SF-153's, ALCOMs, and Status messages resulting in a successful 2015 COMSEC Material System Advice and Assistance inspection.
-PROVEN TECHNICIAN. As Information Analyst, he created three Top 25 web user reports, reviewed six Terabytes of proxy data and created 30 pivot tables which resulted in the discovery of 11 web usage violations leading to increased network security and 100% account compliance.
-OUTSTANDING TRAINER. Provided three in-rate training sessions for his peers and assisted in departmental EIDWS training contributing to four Sailors advancing and two Sailors qualifying EIDWS. Furthermore, he held 14 weekly CMS training sessions and proctored 23 EKMS exams resulting in 9 Sailors qualifying EKMS Users.
